Naked Solar are growing to offer their multi award winning service to the whole of the UK and need caring people to help shape the companies future.

To assist with the increase in demand for Solar PV, Naked Solar are looking for experienced Roofers to join the team operating from our Exeter Hub. Full training on solar installation will be provided

You will be working throughout the South West carrying out roof installations of the latest Green technology for domestic and commercial customers. Plus maintenance, testing, and remedial work on existing Solar PV arrays. This position would also suit experienced roofers, interested in taking the next step on their career ladder.

Every team member has a monthly 121 with their trained line manager to ensure you’re happy, supported and maximising your potential.

Naked Solar have a salary structure for installers to provide a clear path for progression. Pension, Private Health care with Vitality, career opportunities, in-house training are all included too.

Requirements:

• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Minimum 1 year solar panel installation experience on various roof fabrics.
• Working at Heights experience
• Great Health & Safety awareness
• Care for your customers and pride in your work

Desirable:

• A passion for renewable energy
• CSCS
