Real Change Happens in the Room ☀️

Live from London: The Solar Energy UK Rooftop Forum.

Today, our Managing Director, Tony Sampson, and Sales Manager, Sam Ridler, are on the ground in London representing Naked Solar at one of the industry’s most critical gatherings.

As a Certified B Corp, we believe that ‘Solar at any cost’ isn’t the goal—’Solar done right’ is. That’s why Tony and Sam are deeply involved in today’s sessions focusing on two of our core pillars:

♻️ Recycling & Circularity: Ensuring the solar revolution doesn’t create a waste problem for future generations. We are pushing for robust end-of-life solutions for every panel we install. 🔍 Supply Chain Transparency: We are committed to ensuring that the technology powering our transition to Net Zero is ethically sourced and free from forced labor.

The Afternoon Agenda: Shaping Policy 🏛️ The conversation shifts this afternoon to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and the Warm Homes Plan.

With Wales recently announcing mandatory rooftop solar for new builds, the policy landscape is shifting fast. We are here to ensure that the voice of high-quality, impartial installers is heard as the UK scales up its rooftop revolution.

Tony and Sam will be bringing these insights back to the South West to ensure our customers—and the developers we partner with—stay ahead of the curve.

Watch this space for a full debrief from the team later this week!
