With the opening of our brand-new Bristol Hub in January 2026, we’re looking for a Hub Manager who’s as passionate about people and performance as we are about the planet.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to align hub activities with company goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hub.
• Drive initiatives that promote sustainability and environmental responsibility

About You

• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in renewables or the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in time management and prioritisation of tasks.
