Florence joined Naked Solar with a strong academic background in Environmental Science. Her passion for sustainability wasn’t just a career choice—it was a mission to contribute to meaningful “Planet Maintenance.”

Since joining the team, she has progressed to become our Design Team Leader. In this role, Florence oversees the technical precision and efficiency of the solar solutions we provide to homeowners and businesses across the South West. Whether she is navigating complex roof layouts or helping the team, her focus is always on delivering the highest possible return for both the customer and the environment.

Before dedicating her career to solar energy, Shelley spent several years working within the oil industry. This unique background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the global energy landscape and the critical importance of the transition to sustainable power.

She studied Business Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University, which laid the foundation for her analytical approach to business scaling and operational excellence.
