Every reputable installer holds MCS and RECC, and you should expect nothing less. Rarer are SunPower Elite, Sigenergy Gold and Tesla Premium Certified, which very few UK installers hold and which you can't simply apply for. Manufacturers award them based on how you design and install their kit.

We're here whenever you need us

Problems are few and far between, but when something does need attention you'll reach our dedicated customer experience team. They're real people who know your system rather than a ticket number in a queue.

They'll talk you through it and get an engineer out to you if it needs one. Solar is a 25-year investment, and the company that installed it should still be there to look after it. We've been doing exactly that since 2010.
