What’s rarer is the rest: SunPower Elite, Sigenergy Gold and Tesla Premium Certified are held by only a handful of installers in the country. They aren’t badges you apply for. Problems are few and far between. But when something does need attention, you'll reach our dedicated customer experience team — real people who know your system, not a ticket number in a queue.

They'll talk you through it and get an engineer out to you if it needs one. Solar is a 25-year investment, and the company that installed it should still be there to look after it. We have been since 2010.
