For those of us who work alongside Florence every day, this recognition comes as no surprise, but it is a fantastic milestone for both her and the Naked Solar team.

Florence joined Naked Solar with a strong academic background in Environmental Science. Her passion for sustainability wasn’t just a career choice—it was a mission to contribute to meaningful “Planet Maintenance.”
Since joining the team, she has progressed to become our Design Team Leader. In this role, Florence oversees the technical precision and efficiency of the solar solutions we provide to homeowners and businesses across the South West. Whether she is navigating complex roof layouts or helping the team, her focus is always on delivering the highest possible return for both the customer and the environment.
