2. Consultation

Our experienced Solar Consultants work with you, to understand your wants and needs for your property and your solar journey. From there, we can begin to explore the ideal solutions and help you identify which solar system will suit your needs, space and energy profile the best.

3. Design

Our expert in-house design team get to work – using advanced PV Sol design software we’ll provide you with multiple system options for you to compare, demonstrating energy generated, bill savings, ROI and system payback.

4. Installation

Once you’ve made your choice, we’ll perform a detailed survey of your property to ensure everything is set for a smooth installation

Home solar installations usually take 1-3 days, while business solar installations may take longer. Disruption is minimal, and your power is usually only off for an hour or less. From start to finish, we deliver high-quality service and efficient, clean processes.

5. After Sales Service

After the installation, we’ll send your MCS certificate and final receipt by email. If you need any help getting used to your new system, we’re always just a call away for ongoing support.

You’ll just need to sign up with an energy supplier to get paid for any electricity you export back to the grid. Remember—we offer real support from actual people who enjoy helping you, with no endless phone menus!

Naked Solar have just increased the capacity of my solar PV system to 25kW. The process was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Communication at all stages has been prompt and the can-do attitude of their admin and sparkies was so refreshing!
My only regret is with myself - for not getting them to do the initial PV installation in the first place! In future, if I need ANY related work to be done, Naked Solar will be my first choice.

I was going to change my inverter as the one I had wasn’t compatible with an energy company I am with , after talking to Kieran all I had to do was buy a new Wi-Fi dongle and set it up ( yet to do) their advice has potential saved me in excess of £1000 , will definitely be going back for all my solar needs in the future, cannot speak highly enough of naked solar

Very pleased with my naked solar experience. Ollie was very helpful in the early stages of going through designs and pricing up several different quotes as well as being a helpful contact for updates throughout. Ben provided the design exactly as I wanted tailored to my needs. On the day of install the roofers Josh and Nathan were punctual and polite and happy to go about their work. Tom the electrician was also very polite and helpful going through the installation. I have no doubt that the install team took pride in their work. All the people I have dealt with during this process have been great and I would definitely recommend naked solar.

Absolutely brilliant! We cannot recommend this company highly enough! Throughout our whole experience, from initial enquiries to installation, we received first class customer service. Nothing was too much trouble; questions were answered with enthusiasm and a high level of product knowledge. We chose Naked Solar to install our PV panels and battery on the day that we met the company as they impressed us so much. From the outset, Kristie worked with us and our designer Ben to work out the best package for us, including several redesigns so that we could compare the differences. We are heavily reliant on electricity in our home and have two EVs to charge so the right combination of PVs and battery was crucial. We never felt rushed, and questions were answered quickly during, and after, the design phase. All of this was managed exceptionally well by Kristie. The overall quality of workmanship by the installation team was exceptional. Great care was taken to install the system with the least damage/disruption at the house. The controls were installed in our utility room that had been recently decorated and how Rhys, our electrician on the install, managed to do the work without a single mark on the walls was remarkable. Similarly, the team of installers, Carlos, Zach and Harry managed to cause minimal disruption, even in the immediate aftermath of Storm Darragh, to carry out a fantastic job. Thank you all for your patience and respect shown to us throughout the planning and installation. We would be very happy to recommend, without reservation, Naked Solar and wish you great success in the future.

I cannot recommend Naked Solar enough. They are a great team of professionals, none of whom are pushy at any point in the process. I was on the fence with installing panels and a battery, had no idea about the pros and cons, options available etc. Over a period of months (yes I took quite a while to think on it!) Kieran & Jack handled every query of mine, educated me, projected different scenario outcomes for me.

Eventually I landed on a package that I felt was right for me and my home, at which point the wheels were set in motion. The scaffolding went up, the scaffolders were punctual and efficient, then a few days later the installation took place. It took just less than 2 days for 10 panels and a battery to be fitted. It was working immediately and the guys showed me how to use the app to monitor and control the settings. I'm immensely pleased with the products and the standard of installation.

If I have any constructive feedback it would simply be that there was some confusion over whether a trench would be needed between the house and the garage. From what the Naked Solar electrician said to me when he arrived, it would always have been needed - so a brief call between the head office and the electrician would most likely have solidified that sooner in the process for me. As I needed to dig the trench, it would have been ideal to know a bit sooner that it would definitely be needed.

I am a big fan of this firm and would recommend them to anyone in the South West looking into Solar technologies.

Naked solar were great to deal with. Very personal response to all enquiries, and lots of details provided regarding the cost/benefit over time of the solar installation they proposed for us. I was impressed at how bespoke the assessment of solar potential for our property they provided was at the quote stage. Would highly recommend them.

My experience of Naked Solar was outstanding from beginning to end.
Everything was completed to a very high standard and the work ethic of everyone involved was second to none.
Particular thanks must go to Jake who discussed the initial options with me and was very patient while I got my head around the multiple choices available to me.
On the day of installation Carlos and Gary arrived on time and completed the roof installation in an efficient and considerate manner. The two electricians, Gary and Tom were both exceptional ensuring that all their work met my expectations and that everything was as I wished.
Without exception they were all very polite and friendly and cleared everything up after themselves.
I have no hesitation in recommending Naked Solar as a Company as their attention to detail and the care of their employees is second to none.
Thank you all for your help and I look forward to having you work on my house again when I expand the system.

They are an excellent company to work with. Their forecasts give a good accuracy when trying to assess the pay-back period for your investment and they will work with you until you are satisfied. Their installation costs are comparable with costs from other quality like-minded companies and they will not rest until you are satisfied with the installation and its all up and running perfectly.

We specified the hardware required and Naked Solar did the rest. The service from Naked Solar and the quality of the installation is difficult to fault. The result is exactly what we wanted and the system works exceptionally well. Our annual electricity bill has halved since the installation which, considering we also charge our electric car at home, exceeds expectations. Naked Solar have more experience than most solar installers and it shows. Highly professional and highly recommended.

We had 10 Solar PVs installed in 2020 and later the same year a Powerwall + Gateway 2. Mat, Kyle, Ruksy & all at Naked Solar impressed with their enthusiasm and skills in carrying out every task with confidence and expertise. It didn't end there, as we had various queries re Solar Edge, and Tesla's plan with Octopus Energy. All done promptly and cheerfully - a refreshing experience given what one is accustomed to.

We just had a new solar panel system installed by Naked Solar. The service was excellent from the initial design by Joe Williams to the final installation by the Exeter team: Zac, Harry, Josh and Dave as well as Neil who took care of all the electrical work, battery installation and electrical connections.

The whole team was extremely friendly and polite but most importantly they were competent and communicated all niggles and problems they encountered on site immediately and directly with a suggested solution for our approval. In my opinion clear communication is key to the success of any project and the lads did themselves proud in this regard. It was a true pleasure to work with the team and to have them on site.

I would highly recommend Naked Solar without any reservations.
